Fulford Tennis Club, York, England, was founded in 1949, and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 1999. We are both a friendly and successful club and welcome new players of all ages and standards.

The club has 3 floodlit tarmac courts with access to a further 5 courts in the adjacent school. Click Here to see a larger picture of the courts.

Club Sessions
Club sessions are held throughout the year on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6.30 pm onwards. During the match season from May to Mid-August, Monday sessions are held on the school courts adjacent to the club. Also, on Saturday afternoons from 2.00 pm
Teams
Fulford Tennis Club runs 7 mixed teams, 3 men's teams and 3 ladies teams plus junior teams. See Fixtures and Results for details.

Club Tournaments
The club organises a number of tournaments between March and October. This begins with the Opening Tournament which is open to all club members. Two weeks later is the Spring Cup, a prestigious invitation event for 20 couples. The Club Championships are held in September. October sees the End of Season Tournament and the very popular Floodlit Tournament. See Tournaments and Events for details.
Rusty Rackets
Rusty Rackets is back! Terry will be running a new session of Rusty Rackets on Wednesday evenings on the school courts from 6.30 onwards. First session is on Wednesday 19th May. These sessions are ideal for less experienced players or those who want to get back into tennis after a long absence. Members and non-members welcome. Wimbledon Tickets 2009
The L.T.A. have decided that next years club allocation of Wimbledon tickets will be dependent on the number of club members who have signed up for their British tennis membership.
